STOCK, FABRICATION TIME & DELIVERY TIME

We make all our products from A to Z in our workshop in Amsterdam. Here we can only keep a small stock and sometimes we have to wait for the arrival of new materials. In addition, many of our products are custom made, eg all products that can be personalized. The production can only start at the moment the order is received.

We have our products delivered by Van Straaten Post and in general they pass by our workshop to pick up the packages every other day. Products standard in stock we can therefore send to you in 1 to 2 days after your order. The custom made products we strive to send within 5 working days.

As a social venture it is sometimes difficult to keep the productivity at a constant level. As a result some of our products could arrive a little later, we hope for your understanding.

SHIPPING COSTS

Depending on the dimensions of your order, 2 options apply:

RETURN

CRE8 does its utmost to describe and display the products as clear as possible. Doesn’t the product you ordered meet your expectations? That is a pity, but can happen. You can return the product within 14 days of receipt.

Our products are fabricated with great care by our makers and they do their best to deliver everything with the highest possible quality. If you are not satisfied with something? Then contact us, and we will come to a solution.

Return conditions:

1. Custom made and personalized products can not be returned.
2. The shipping costs of the return shipment are for your own account.
3. The product must be undamaged. So make sure you pack the product well.

Return method:

1. Send an e-mail with the following information to marketing@c-r-e-8.nl:

– Name
– Address
– Order number

– Bank account number

– Reason return (not mandatory)

2. You will receive a confirmation email with the return address within 48 hours.
3. The purchase amount plus shipping costs will be transferred within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
